    We need a long term peace plan, not a short term cease fire. The last couple of times the war broke out we got a cease fire, what good did it do?

    The most convincing part of this article was the part aboutthe champion athletees that are also vegatarians. Woking on a post concerning water that you will find interesting. Probably done in an hour. [THUMBUP]

    Valerie, I had my gallbladder disease and eventually removed and the symptoms were nothing like you describe. I would get terrible pains in my abdomen that would last 8 hours and then magically disappear. Got get yourself checked out! Doctors are not perfect but they are the second best we've got. Prayer is the 1st and you are on my prayer list. [HEART]

    Sherri, I've heard it said that 30% of the time you go to the doctor he helps you, and 30% of the time he hurts you, and 30% of the time there is no chage at all. Doesn't that amount to 50/50 ? My wife may be right when she says "just don't go"[HEART]

    It is Hard to do, but it takes practice, practice, practice, it does not come naturally, at least not for me, I have to give myself a self talk about every hour.

    I'm blessed to live only an hour 30 minutes from Yosemite. This is olur favorite place to take Firstime visitors to our home. Magnificent! A place to really see God's handiwork
